At Melsta Hospitals Ragama, all patients are under the constant care and attention of fully trained and qualified nursing staff who have years of training in each area of medical specialization. Our nurses are a touch of a button away and will be at your bedside round-the-clock through our remote summoning device. Our in-patients receive 24-hour supervision of resident medical officers and are also under the constant care of ward and resident doctors. All our rooms are equipped with bystander bed, visitor chairs, TV, hot water, pipe music and mini-fridge.
When you or a loved one are in a hospital environment, the special touches can make all the difference to your mood and healing. To add to the comfort of your stay, we can arrange little extras such as daily newspapers, magazines and any special dietary requirements. And, of course, your visitors are welcome at any time, as soon as you are ready to receive them. We are geared to cater to the needs of everyone who visits Melsta Hospitals Ragama. Each general ward at our hospital is shared among four patients. Every ward is equipped with air conditioning facility and provides access to an individual telephone along with shared television and bathroom facilities. We try to re-create a homely environment which aids our patients in their healing process.
Our pharmacy provides all the medical and surgical supplies required by our customers, including the outpatient care and prescriptions from the outside doctors. A large proportion of the medications and items we offer are available 24/7, ensuring that you get what you need, at any time you visit. Each prescription is checked multiple times by qualified professionals, and we adhere to stringent precautionary procedures to ensure safety in administering medication.
